Blossum's Toy Chest

These are the toys of my little active cub, Blossum! Blossum has had a sad past, as she lost her parents and then sat in an orphanage for years. I have finally given her a new family and she has settled in fine and here are her items of play!

These four dolls sit on Blossum's bed and she always sleeps with them. The elephant doll was a gift that her new Thunderian sister Ursalia gave her. Blossum loved it and named it Cherry. The giraffe was a gift from her oldest sibling, Thomas; Ursalia's older brother and now Blossum's by adoption. She named it Lime. The lion was my gift to her when she came to the orphanage and she named it Hope. The princess bear is the only surviving heirloom from her parents and is named Sunlight.

Blossum isn't much for action figures so she has these toys instead. The bugs she uses outside and inside. I've had to scold her about playing with them at the dinner table! Ursalia doesn't mind but Thomas does. The two dinosaur figures are odd for her to use but a lot of the time she'll bring them into the grass and use the flowers and grass for landscape.

This is easily the most popular playset at the orphanage store and Blossum loved it the minute she saw it! She's very fond of legends of Gummadoon and the like so a castle playset that models the city is perfect for her. She will spend hours at night or on rainy days making up odd little adventures with these figurines.

As you can probably guess, Blossum _adores_ any kind of music. As such, I had to get her some instruments. Here are her four favorites. The guitar is her best instrument and she strum quite a catchy tune on it. The horn she has to practice more with but she is improving. The maracas and tambourine she'll run around outside, shaking like mad.

Blossum also is a big fan of almost any kind of creative play and that certainly includes the theater. Here is her small little theater and her puppets. She uses any puppet she can get her hands on and a lot of times she'll even just use her hands!

Blossum _adores_ the outdoors so here are her outdoor play toys. First, she has her bike, which still has training wheels. She is slowly getting better at it though and improving. The next is a hoverscooter which is is only allowed to ride with someone watching her. She is still a little clumsy on it. Lastly, the "adult" bike as she calls it is waiting for her to get good enough to ride without training wheels.
